EXCHANGE OR RETURN CONDITIONS.

You can exchange or return your order as long as the item has not been used and arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition. The deadline for making a return is 30 days from receipt of your order. You can make an exchange for another item, as long as the amount is the same as the item you wish to return. Place the items to be returned in their original packaging. The box should always be protected with wrapping. You do not have to print any labels as it will be carried by the carrier.

Returns or exchanges are free (valid in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands). To return orders sent outside of Spain, you must contact us to tell you how to proceed.

RETURN PROCESS.

If you wish to make a return, you must complete this form and click the "send" button. Once received, we will send you a message confirming the return and within 48/72 hours, you will receive a message from the transport agency indicating the day they will pick you up.

If you wish to make an exchange, you must indicate in the "comments" field of the form the item for which you wish to make the exchange and we will send you an email to confirm availability.

In the event that you had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
