CHANGES

You have 30 calendar days to make a change from when the item was sent to you. The exchange service is only available for Spain (Peninsula). If you are in another area, you must make a return and make a new purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. If the garments do not meet these conditions, the exchange will not be made.

The change will be delivered at the same time that the carrier Pick up the item you want to return.

RETURNS

The company offers you a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase.

The items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were delivered. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

In the event that you had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
