PRODUCTS

Please note that product photographs and descriptions are for general information purposes only.

The products presented on the website are always subject to availability. The company will ensure that the advertised products are in stock. However, the online store cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if, in exceptional cases, your order is unavailable for any reason, or the item cannot be delivered due to force majeure, riots, or strikes (especially involving transportation). In this case, you can choose to have the product replaced or have your payment refunded.

Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order (always within the country) within approximately 24-48 business hours from the date the order is accepted. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays. Sales of items from our online store are limited to Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands) and Portugal.

PRICES

The prices published on the website are in euros and include the corresponding VAT. Furthermore, they are fully valid unless there is a clear error.

Offers will be displayed in the "Outlet" section or indicated on the product page. You'll see the current and previous prices. During Black Friday and sales periods, discounts cannot be combined.

The price of the product will be increased by the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed).

(In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or other error that may result in a price change, you will be notified as soon as possible, giving you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.) If you have already paid for your order (but it has not yet been delivered), you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

If your order is under €39.90, a €3.95 shipping charge will be applied. The estimated time for this process is 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming shipping. For shipments to Portugal, delivery may take up to 5 days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and certain other regions may experience a delay beyond the indicated timeframes. During promotional and sales periods, delivery may take an additional 3 to 5 days.

For purchases over €39.90, shipping is free in Spain and Portugal.

When the purchase amount does not exceed €39.90, €3.95 will be charged for shipping.

Our products are not sold in Ceuta, Melilla, or the Canary Islands due to the additional shipping costs and multiple customs duties. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PAY

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through Servired's 100% secure payment gateway. At www.carmelashoes.com, we use a secure payment system using payment gateways with data encryption. This guarantees the security of your data. We do not handle or store bank details. This data is processed by the banks to which we redirect payments for your purchases.

You can also choose PayPal as your payment method. Simply enter your PayPal account details, which will redirect you to during the final step of the checkout process. The payment order will be charged to your account before the goods are delivered.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

CHANGES

You have 30 calendar days to exchange your item from the date it was shipped to you. The exchange service is only available in mainland Spain. If you are located in another region, you will need to return it and make a new purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. If the item does not meet these conditions, the exchange will not be processed.

RETURNS

The company offers you a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

If you were charged shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

To make returns, you must go to the returns page.

For Spain and Portugal, returns are free. The first exchange is free; all other exchanges will cost €3.95.

GENERAL

These general conditions of sale will apply to all sales of products made in Spain by XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with Tax Identification Code B73961971, destined for final consumers.

Any order placed with XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU through its online store, called CARMELA SHOES, necessarily implies acceptance of these sales conditions, which may be modified for subsequent orders.

The company's waiver of the rights granted to it under these conditions in any given case will not imply the waiver of their exercise on subsequent occasions.

These conditions may be subject to change; it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically, as the current terms will apply. The order, in any case, is the offer made to the company and is finalized upon acceptance. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an order may not be fulfilled at the company's discretion if it deems that circumstances warrant it.

Notifications will be made in writing and by email.

Privacy Policy in accordance with the Data Protection Act. XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU undertakes not to use the data provided by its customers and users for purposes other than contracting and to adopt all necessary measures to protect their confidentiality.

Both parties submit to the Courts of Alicante, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

WARRANTY

Products purchased through the Online Store are covered by a two-year legal warranty against non-conformity, pursuant to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Carmela Shoes does not provide any commercial warranty beyond the statutory warranty. All product descriptions, information, and materials appearing in this Online Store application are provided "as is" and without any express, implied, or otherwise implied warranties.

EXTRAJUDICIAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION:

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes from us, accessible via the Internet address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.trader.register . 

The parties agree, at their discretion, to resolve any disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
