PRODUCTS

Please note that product photographs and descriptions are for guidance purposes only.

The products presented on the website are always subject to availability. The company will ensure that the products advertised are in stock. However, the online store cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if, in exceptional cases, your order is not available for any reason or the item cannot be delivered due to force majeure, riots or strikes (especially involving transport). In this case, you may choose to have the product replaced or have your payment refunded.

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address you indicated in the order (always within the national territory) within approximately 24/48 business hours from the acceptance of the order. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays. The sale of items in our online store is contemplated for Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) and Portugal.

PRICES

The prices published on the website are in euros and include the corresponding VAT. In addition, they will be fully valid unless there is a manifest error.

Offers will be displayed in the “Outlet” section or will be indicated on the product page. The current and previous prices will be displayed there.

The price of the product will be increased by the cost of shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed).

(In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other error that may result in a price change, you will be notified as soon as possible, giving you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you have already paid for your order (but it has not yet been delivered), you will receive a full refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

If the order placed does not exceed 39.90 euros, 3.95€ shipping costs will be applied. The estimated time for this process is 24/48 hours. When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. For shipments to Portugal, the delivery time may take up to 5 days. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and certain areas may be delayed over the indicated times. During promotional and sales periods, the delivery time may take 3 to 5 more days.

For purchases over €39.90, shipping costs will be free in Spain and Portugal.

When the purchase does not exceed the amount of €39.90, €3.95 will be charged for shipping costs.

Our products are not available for sale in Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands due to the extra costs of shipping and the multiple customs taxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PAY

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through Servired's 100% secure payment gateway. At www.carmelashoes.com we use a “secure payment” system through payment gateways with data encryption. This guarantees the security of your data. We do not handle or store bank details. These details are processed by the banks to which we redirect the payments for your purchases.

You can also choose PayPal as a payment method. You will only need to enter your PayPal account details, to which you will be redirected in the final step of the purchase process. The payment order will be charged to your account before the goods are delivered.

We also accept cash on delivery as a payment method.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

CHANGES

You have 30 calendar days to make an exchange from the moment the item was sent to you. The exchange service is only available for Spain (Peninsula). If you are in another area, you will have to make a return and a new purchase. The items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. If the garments do not meet these conditions, the exchange will not be made.

RETURNS

The company offers you a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

In the event that you have had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.

Returns are free. The first exchange will be free of charge, the rest will cost €3.95.

GENERAL

These general conditions of sale will apply to all product sales made in Spain by XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with Tax Identification Code B73961971, to end consumers.

Any order placed with XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU through its online store, called CARMELA SHOES, necessarily implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, which may be modified for subsequent orders.

The company's waiver of the rights granted to it by these conditions in any case will not imply the waiver of their exercise on subsequent occasions.

These conditions may be subject to change. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically as those in force will apply. The order, in any case, is the offer made to the company and is finalized with its acceptance. Notwithstanding the above, an order may not be served at the discretion of the company if it considers that circumstances warrant this.

Notifications will be made in writing and by email.

Privacy policy according to the Data Protection Act. XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU undertakes not to use the data provided by its clients and users for purposes other than contracting and to adopt all necessary measures to protect their confidentiality.

Both parties agree to submit to the Courts of Alicante, waiving any jurisdiction that may apply to them.

WARRANTY

Products purchased through the Online Store are covered by a two-year legal guarantee against lack of conformity pursuant to the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Carmela shoes does not provide any additional commercial guarantee other than that strictly provided for by law. All product descriptions, information and materials contained in this Online Store application are provided "as is" and without any express, implied or otherwise derived guarantees.

EXTRAJUDICIAL CONFLICT RESOLUTION:

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes with us, which can be accessed via the Internet address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.trader.register . 

The parties agree, at their discretion, to resolve any disputes and waive any other jurisdiction, and to submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile.
