Legal Bases Carmela Shoes Raffle
FIRST – Carmela Shoes of XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION SLU, with registered office in POL. IND. LAS TERESAS C/MIGUEL SERVET. 15 P2. PO BOX 710 30510 YECLA (MURCIA), provided with CIFB73961971, organizes on the dates indicated below, the free draw without any obligation to purchase called “SUMMER DRAW” (hereinafter “raffle”) in accordance with the following Rules.
SECOND - MECHANICS OF THE ACTION 1. XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU
The deadline to participate will be from June 6 to June 12 , 2022. Participants must meet the following essential requirements:
- Be over 18 years old or have a legal guardian who is over 18 years old and resident in Spain (Peninsula) or Portugal .
- Follow @carmela_shoes Instagram page
- Having commented mentioning three friendly profiles.
- Optional, having shared the giveaway post publicly.
To receive the prize, it is essential to meet the draw requirements.
2. PRIZE
The prize will be 1 suitcase and 1 pair of Carmela Shoes (subject to availability) from the brand in our Marketplace. The winner will be chosen randomly generated by an application and there will be only one winner. The winner will be announced on the @carmela_shoes Instagram page on June 13 , 2022.
Prize conditions:
The maximum period to redeem the prize is 60 days from the day on which the prize is communicated to the winners.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.
The winner will have 24 hours to respond about the raffle prize.
3. DRAW
The Draw will be held on June 13 , 2022 at the Carmela Shoes Headquarters by randomly drawing 1 winner.
Likewise, 2 additional participants will be drawn on a reserve basis.
4. PRIZE DELIVERY
Winners will be contacted by direct message through Instagram and email.
In the event that any of the winners expressly rejects the prize for any reason, Carmela Shoes will go to the reservation records in order of extraction. Once the prize is accepted, each winner will receive an explanatory email on how to proceed to deliver the prize.
The winners authorize their name, surname and images to be published on the Carmela Shoes website and social networks , as well as on any of the brand's official communication channels without this generating the right in their favor to receive any compensation. .
Law 35/2006 of November 28 on Personal Income Tax and Royal Decree 439/2007 of March 30, which approves the Personal Income Tax Regulations, will apply to the prize of this Draw. the Income of Physical Persons.

Carmela Shoes reserves the right to download and exclude from the draw any response sent by users whenever it deems appropriate. Carmela Shoes reserves the right to exclude entries that contain pornographic or explicitly sexual elements.
Limitation of liability
6. RESPONSIBILITY
Participation in the draw implies complete acceptance of the rules.
Carmela Shoes reserves the right to modify the Rules of the Raffle, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void if any irregularity is detected.
